Auxiliary Service Board (ASB)
What is the Auxiliary Service Board (ASB):
The Auxiliary Service Board is the oversight policy board for the operations of auxiliary activities at the Florida State University. The ASB has the responsibility for insuring that auxiliary operations reflect University policy and priorities, and, as such, reviews issues which affect these trust funds and other activities covered by this policy. The ASB monitors cash balances, pricing policies and rates, fund balances, annually reviews administrative overhead assessments and distributions, and other relevant matters. The operation and finances of each operating unit are the responsibility of its dean or director and, ultimately, the appropriate vice president.
